Firstly cos their usage is not consistent..Give me an email, if i tag it with 3 labels now, im sure the next day i will tag it with just two labels.. And secondly Its lot of work... Labels initailly have the WOW effect, but they don't seem to justify the hype they were given. i would go for sub-folders... I always am against the labels….
