I started about 2 months ago and although i'm not the most fit person (at all).. It's been heaps of fun and am learning so much! The first session I went to was probably my hardest, once I got used to the training it became easier. I still have to walk off to the side every so often to catch my breath.. but getting better :) I would recommend it to all! the bruises have been very worth it!! I tried out a few of the schools that we have here in Melbourne, Australia and found that there was one with ex Israeli soldiers running it..
